Join Chef Jaimie Casey for a new and exciting chapter in the Palo Alto Cheese School! Our class will be co-hosted by local, preeminent beer expert, Sayre Piotrkowski, from the Monks Kettle in San Francisco. Sayre is a certified Beer Cicerone and will bring a fascinating wealth of knowledge and insight along with some truly unique beers to the class. We'll offer a great selection of tastes and some truly remarkable pairings of beer and cheese.
