Monday

Fall Registration Continues at Foothill College- Check your online account to find your assigned registration date.  MyPortal.fhda.edu account.

Imagination Playground, State Street Green, 3-5 p.m. – Take your little ones to the State Street Green to enjoy the Imagination Playground foam play blocks.

Free Concert, State Street Green, 6-8 p.m. Enjoy the music of 37th Parallel.

Schola Cantorum's Summer Sings, Los Altos United Methodist Church, 655 Magdalena Road, 7:30 p.m. Is your singing voice like a screeching parrot? You’re welcome to come and just listen.

Tuesday

Bumble Live Music, Bumble, 145 State St., 5:30-7:30 p.m. Pretend that you’re vacationing in the Caribbean—enjoy a performance by the steel drum duo Timo. Organizers recommend enjoying a glass of wine with the live music. Wine and steel drum? We’re thinking rum punch or Red Stripe!


Wednesday

Nancy Cassidy Children’s Concert, State Street Green, 10:30 a.m. Cassidy’s children’s concerts are described as “fun, interactive hootenannies, to lighten your child's spirit.”

Imagination Playground, State Street Green, 3-5 p.m. – Take your little ones to the state Street Green to enjoy the Imagination Playground foam play blocks. In addition, Los Altos toy shop Adventure Toys will have games set up for all ages. Come play!

Bubble Man Show, State Street Green, 4:30 – 6 p.m. If you ever laughed with delight blowing soap bubbles—you have to see this show!


Thursday

Farmers Market, 4-8 p.m. – It's Kid's Day at the Farmer's market. Enjoy a pinata, crafts and Kid's Farm Stand. Select local fruits and vegetables, ranch eggs, fresh cut flowers and live plants, bakery items, prepared foods, and locally caught fish. State Street between Second and Fourth. (Every Thursday thru September)

Summer Concert, Grant Park, 1570 Holt Ave., 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. This is the final Summer Concert this year from our Recreation Department! Performing will be The Houserockers playing classic rock ‘n roll. Phone  650-947-2790 for more information.

Damn Yankees
, Foothill College Smithwick Theatre, Los Altos Hills, 8 p.m. The Tony Award-winning musical will be presented Thursday – Sunday, thru Aug. 18. Sunday performances are at 2 p.m. Purchase tickets online or phone 650-949-7360.

 

Friday

Imagination Playground, State Street Green, 3-5 p.m. – Take your little ones to the state Street Green to enjoy the Imagination Playground foam play blocks.

First Friday, downtown, 6-8 p.m. Come enjoy the Terrible Adult Chamber Orchestra (TACO), performing a variety of tunes that you won’t recognize because, well, they’re terrible. (Just kidding!) TACO will perform on State Street Green. Bring a picnic or dine at one of the lovely downtown restaurants.
