Ride the Rails For Relay

Saturday, April 21, 2012, Bay Area residents will take special rides on the historic Niles Canyon Railway. All proceeeds from this 3rd annual event benefit teams raising funds for Relay For Life, the signature fundraising program of the American Cancer Society.

Trains depart from the Sunol Depot 10:30 AM, Noon, and 1:30 PM and traverse a portion of the original Transcontinental Railroad route. Musicians and costumed figures provide entertainment on board. Livermore Valley wines will be offered for tasting. Riders may buy snacks on-board or bring a picnic to enjoy in the adjacent park.

Share local history on a great family outing and raise money to fight cancer. All ticket proceeds go to the American Cancer Society. Tickets are $25 for adults, $15 for kids 2-12 (under 2 ride free).
