A Yoga Moment: Lie Down, Relax

Lying flat on the floor, you can quiet your mind.

After the video ends, lie still for a while.

Do this pose by itself, as a mini-break in your day, or use it to start your practice. Most yoga classes end with a relaxation period; why not also start with one?
