More Beer!, on North San Antonio Road, brews Pale Ale on a Saturday afternoon.
More Beer!, 991 N. San Antonio Rd., is one of three showrooms that sells equipment and ingredients for brewing coffee, beer and wine. More Beer! also brews assorted beverages two to three times a month; the brewing takes place outside for visitors to watch.
On Saturday afternoon, Sept. 24, More Beer! brewed Pale Ale; this ale was made of several different grains from Scotland and Germany to attain proper flavor, texture and color.
