Senior Center Seeks Donations for Lending Closet

Unused items in your closets or garage may be desperately needed by a Los Altos senior.

The City of Los Altos Senior Center has an equipment loan closet that allows residents to check out wheelchairs, walkers and canes at no cost. The items are lent in three-month increments.

People checking out the equipment must sign an liability waiver.

The lending closet is always seeking donations. If you have any of these items that you no longer need, drop them off at the Senior Center, 97 Hillview Avenue, Los Altos, 94022.  It’s open Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
