The highest award in Cub Scouts is earned by Webelos that have been active participants in their den and are ready to join a Boy Scout troop. Many of the requirements for the Arrow of Light are intended to familiarize the scout with a local troop and hopefully show him that crossing over into a troop is the next step to take in scouting.

They are: James Bender (Troop 508), Justin Cai (Troop 33), Theo Ferrell (Troop 75), Ryan Kawahara (Troop 75) Ryan Lee and Han Lee (Troop 75), Alex Smith (Troop 37), Andrew Showalter (Troop 33) and Jacob Wunderling (Troop 33).

They particpated in the Bridging to Boy Scout ceremony in which they crossd a symbolic bridge and were met by Boy Scouts of the troops they would be joining.

Den Leader Bob Smith from Den 8 received a Flame of Leadership Award and a farewell after five years of leading a Cub Scout den, and moves on with his grandson, who transitioned to Boy Scouts.
