If you've been downtown you have likely noticed the flags flying at half-staff.
President Obama ordered the lowering of flags following Monday's mass shooting at the Navy Yard in Washington, D.C.
Thirteen people died, including the shooter.
According to the presidential proclamation, flags will remain at half-staff until sunset on Sept. 20.
