Bike to Work Day in Los Altos

Dogs, kids and lots of commuters took to Foothill Expressway (and elsewhere) Thursday morning.

Bikers stopped at the edge of Lincoln Park at one of two energizer stations in Los Altos for Bike To Work Day. Farther down Foothill Expressway, the other energizer station was in front of the popular Bicycle Outfitter on Fremont Avenue in Loyola Corners.

The Los Altos Bicycle-Pedestrian Advisory Committee staffed the Lincoln Park location, known as the Foothill Expressway/Burke Road location, with refreshments and other goodies.
