Steve Wozniak's Former Los Gatos Home Is on Market for $4.5 Million

The famous co-founder of Apple appears to be moving forward with his plans relocate to Australia or New Zealand, seeking new adventures.

 

Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, a.k.a. Woz, former Los Gatos mansion is on the market for $4.5 million.

Located at 300 Santa Rosa Drive, the 7,500 square foot, six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home sits on 1.19 acres in the Los Gatos Mountains, according to its real estate posting on the redfin.com website.

The listing, posted courtesy of Sothebys International Realty's Art Sharif, says the two-story modern/high tech/contemporary style house "combines post-modern style with majestic natural views.

"It is a natural abode full of light and warmth Euro chefs kitchen, wraparound terraces. Recent major re-design and renovation, indoor kids play area, pool w/ waterfall, Koi Pond."

The famous computer engineer and programmer, who founded Apple Computer with Steve Jobs and Ronald Wayne, made quite a few headlines when he showed up in Australia to among the first to buy an iPhone 5—and file paperwork to begin planning a permanent move to Australia.

"I actually love my house in California," he told Mercury News columnist Mike Cassidy in September. "I hope that I can keep the house I have now, or at least a house in California, always."
