Los Altos Windsurfer Missing in San Francisco Bay
The U.S. Coast Guard will continue to search throughout the night for woman reportedly last seen north of San Mateo-Hayward bridge.
The Daily Journal, a San Mateo newspaper, reported Monday that a Los Altos woman was missing while out windsurfing Monday evening and a multi-agency search had been fruitless.
A Coast Guard spokesman confirmed that they were continuing to search in the Foster City area for a windsurfer, describing the call as "an overdue party."
The woman's identity was not known at the time of this report.

A spokeswoman for the San Mateo-Foster City Fire Department said the agency was initially was part of the search, but discontinued after several hours.
