Open homes are slowly beginning to increase this first weekend of February, with 29 homes open this weekend.

They range from an 11,000-square foot home on 26462 Purissima Road listed at $7.18 million, to a 1,288-square foot house on 999 Loraine Ave, listed at $1.125 million.

There are five condominiums or townhomes for sale, all two-bedroom, ranging from $1.25 million to $579,000.

Nine homes are new to market, and Los Altos Patch has provided a pdf above that lists all the homes.

Note that many single-day open homes have been shifted to Saturday this weekend, and some showings begin as early as 11 a.m.
